- Full clarity around your podcast pitching strategy. I've been in the PR & Marketing world for over 15 years, and the last three have been spent exclusively in the podcast world - take advantage of my expertise!
- One room at a fantastic Boise-area hotel for two nights. The night before our VIP Day is included as well so you can show up well-rested and ready to go.
- Every thing you need to start effectively pitching you to shows chock-full of your ideal audience. This includes:
- Custom pitch template. A customized pitch template with at least three killer topic ideas that you can feel confident speaking on - and that drive ideal customers to your website
- A pitch tracker. Not only will we go through the exact strategies my team uses to research the perfect shows for our private clients, we will supply you with a pitch tracker for when you start your research. I'll even add some shows/contact info myself that I think are the perfect fit!
- Creation of all pitch-related collateral. This includes a PDF one-sheet, Audio Snippet & DM graphic (for pitching in the Instagram DMs). These materials will be delivered within 72 hours of your VIP Day.
- A 90-minute 1:1 session with our fave messaging expert. This happens before our Elite Podcast Pitch Day and helps everyone get crystal clear before we dive in.

What does the actual Elite Podcast Prep Day look like?
If you need it, we offer accommodations at a local hotel for two nights so you can arrive the day before and be ready to get a fresh start at 9am.
We kick off with a session dedicated to messaging, topic ideas and research tactics. You will then work on some of your own show research while I create your customized pitch template (don't worry, we have lunch in there, too!).
We then come back together to go through your template, take a look at the other items we will be creating for you, and finish up with a training on how to maximize your guest appearances.
After that, a toast to you!
Do you offer this experience online?
In short, no. I love the energy I get from working with people 1:1 and get to know them - and their business - so much better if we are in person. This in turn allows me to fine-tune their pitching strategy!
Plus, it's fun.
What is I don't have a team member that can help?
