PITCH, PLEASE

Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: November 2, 2026

These Program Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between Sparrow Media, doing business as Publicity by Christina ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), and the individual or business purchasing enrollment in Pitch, Please ("Participant," "you," or "your").

By purchasing or enrolling in Pitch, Please, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Program Overview

Pitch, Please is a 12-month, done-with-you podcast publicity education, strategy, and support program designed to help entrepreneurs, business owners, and their teams develop and execute their own podcast guesting strategies.

The program provides strategic guidance, resources, curated opportunities, feedback, and accountability to support Participants in independently pursuing podcast interview opportunities.

Pitch, Please is not a done-for-you podcast booking service. The Company does not pitch podcasts, manage podcast host communications, or secure interviews on behalf of Participants as part of this program.

2. Program Inclusions

Enrollment includes access to the following services and resources during the 12-month program term:

  • Initial podcast messaging review and strategic feedback, including review of positioning, relevant audiences, messaging, and potential interview angles.

  • A monthly curated list of up to 10 podcast opportunities, selected based on information provided by the Participant, including relevant audience fit, potential topic angles, available show information, and draft pitching guidance.

  • Monthly live Pitch Sprint sessions designed to help Participants dedicate time to developing and sending podcast pitches.

  • Monthly group office hours, Q&A, or coaching opportunities.

  • Opportunities for group feedback and hot-seat coaching, subject to availability and session format.

  • Quarterly educational masterclasses covering relevant podcast publicity topics.

  • Access to designated program training materials, templates, and resources.

The Company may reasonably modify session formats, scheduling, tools, or delivery methods while maintaining the material value and core purpose of the program.

Live session dates, access instructions, and applicable program schedules will be communicated separately.

3. Program Term and Commitment

Enrollment in Pitch, Please constitutes a binding commitment to the full 12-month program.

The program term begins on the enrollment or designated program start date communicated at purchase and continues for 12 consecutive months.

Pitch, Please is not a month-to-month membership or cancel-anytime subscription.

Participants agree to purchase the entire 12-month program, regardless of how they elect to pay.

Choosing an installment payment option does not shorten the program term, create a monthly cancellation right, or convert the program into a monthly membership.

Except as expressly provided in the refund provisions of this Agreement or required by applicable law, Participants may not cancel their financial commitment before the end of the 12-month term.

4. Program Investment and Payment Options

The total investment for Pitch, Please is $2,500 USD.

Participants may choose one of the following payment options:

Option A: Pay in Full

One payment of $2,500 USD, due upon enrollment.

This payment covers the full 12-month program.

Option B: Installment Payment Plan

Five payments of $500 USD each, totaling $2,500 USD.

The first installment is due upon enrollment, with the remaining four installments charged monthly on the scheduled payment dates disclosed at checkout.

Important Payment Agreement

The installment option is a payment arrangement for the full program investment, not a recurring monthly membership fee.

By selecting the installment option, Participants agree to pay all five installments, even if they stop attending sessions, participating in the community, using the provided resources, or otherwise engaging with the program.

Failure to participate does not release the Participant from the agreed payment obligation.

All payments are in US dollars.

5. Payment Authorization and Failed Payments

By selecting an installment payment plan, the Participant authorizes the Company and its designated payment processor to charge the payment method on file according to the agreed payment schedule.

Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate and current payment information.

If a scheduled payment fails, the Company may notify the Participant and provide an opportunity to update their payment information.

The Company reserves the right to suspend access to program resources, sessions, community spaces, and other benefits while payments remain overdue.

Suspension of access for nonpayment does not cancel the Participant's outstanding financial obligation.

Subject to applicable law, the Company may pursue collection of overdue amounts through lawful means.

6. Cancellation, Refunds, and Early Withdrawal

Except as provided under the limited satisfaction guarantee below or required by applicable law, all program purchases are final and nonrefundable.

After the applicable guarantee period expires:

  • No refunds will be issued for unused months, missed sessions, unused resources, or lack of participation.

  • Participants who paid in full will not receive a prorated refund for withdrawing early.

  • Participants on the installment plan remain responsible for all remaining scheduled payments.

  • Changes in business circumstances, schedules, priorities, financial circumstances, or personal interest do not automatically entitle a Participant to cancellation, forgiveness of payments, or reimbursement.

A Participant may voluntarily discontinue participation at any time, but doing so does not terminate the underlying payment obligation.

Any exception must be expressly agreed to in writing by the Company, subject to applicable law.

7. Limited 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

The Company offers a limited 14-calendar-day satisfaction guarantee to eligible Participants.

If a Participant determines that the program's structure, support, or included services are materially different from what was represented at enrollment, the Participant may request a refund within 14 calendar days of their original purchase.

Requests must be submitted in writing to support@publicityxchristina.com before the 14-day period expires and must identify the material difference between the advertised program and the services received.

The Company may request reasonable additional information to evaluate the request.

This guarantee does not promise any particular podcast booking, host response, business outcome, or financial result.

For an eligible request, the Company will refund amounts paid toward the program and cancel any remaining installment obligations. The Participant's access to the program and associated resources will end.

After the 14-day period, the satisfaction guarantee expires and the standard no-refund and full-payment commitment provisions apply, except as required by applicable law.

This guarantee does not limit any statutory rights or remedies available to the Participant.

8. Participant Responsibilities

Pitch, Please is a collaborative, implementation-focused program.

Participants understand and agree that meaningful results require consistent effort, independent action, and ongoing participation.

Participants are responsible for:

  • Completing onboarding questionnaires and providing accurate business information.

  • Reviewing and implementing strategic recommendations as appropriate.

  • Researching and evaluating suggested podcast opportunities.

  • Personalizing, sending, and following up on podcast pitches.

  • Managing communication with podcast hosts and producers.

  • Scheduling and preparing for podcast interviews.

  • Attending or reviewing training and coaching opportunities.

  • Making their own business and marketing decisions.

The Company provides guidance, education, and feedback but is not responsible for completing these actions on the Participant's behalf.

9. No Guaranteed Podcast Bookings or Business Results

The Company makes no guarantee regarding:

  • The number of podcast interviews booked or published.

  • Acceptance or response rates from podcast hosts.

  • Audience size, downloads, or visibility.

  • Lead generation, sales, revenue, or return on investment.

  • The availability or continued operation of any specific podcast.

Podcast publicity is influenced by numerous factors outside the Company's control, including show availability, host preferences, market conditions, pitch quality, Participant responsiveness, and consistent implementation.

Curated podcast opportunities are recommendations, not confirmed invitations or guaranteed placements.

The Company's responsibility is to provide the program services described in this Agreement, not to guarantee a particular outcome.

10. Curated Opportunities and Technology

Podcast opportunity recommendations may be developed using a combination of research, proprietary processes, software tools, artificial intelligence, and professional judgment.

The Company makes reasonable efforts to provide relevant recommendations based on Participant-provided information.

However, podcast information may change, shows may become inactive, and contact details or audience information may become outdated.

The Company does not guarantee that every recommended podcast will be available, actively accepting guests, or responsive to outreach.

Participants are responsible for reviewing and verifying opportunities before submitting pitches.

The Company may change the tools or technology used to deliver program services.

11. Scheduling, Participation, and Unused Benefits

Group sessions, coaching opportunities, and other live events will be scheduled by the Company.

Participants acknowledge that attendance at every session may not be possible and that missed sessions do not create a right to a refund, credit, extension, or additional private coaching.

Quarterly individual sessions must be scheduled within the applicable quarter, subject to reasonable availability and any scheduling instructions communicated by the Company.

Unused individual sessions do not automatically roll over to future quarters.

Unused monthly podcast opportunity allocations, missed live sessions, and other unused benefits do not accumulate or extend the program term.

The Company may reschedule sessions when reasonably necessary and will communicate material scheduling changes.

12. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

All training materials, templates, frameworks, research processes, educational content, proprietary tools, and program resources remain the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.

Participants receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use these materials for their own internal business purposes during the program and, for materials expressly provided for download and continued use, afterward.

Participants may adapt pitch drafts, messaging guidance, and templates for their own business outreach.

Participants may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or commercially exploit proprietary program materials, curated research databases, or training resources without prior written permission.

Where a Participant has designated an employee or contractor to implement podcast outreach for their business, that individual may use the applicable resources solely on the Participant's behalf, subject to the Company's access rules and confidentiality requirements.

13. Professional Conduct, Community Standards & Removal

Pitch, Please is designed to provide a collaborative, respectful, and supportive learning environment for all Participants and Company team members.

By enrolling, Participants agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully in all interactions, including live sessions, private communities, individual coaching, email correspondence, and other program communications.

The following behaviors are prohibited:

  • Harassment, bullying, intimidation, discriminatory conduct, or abusive language toward Company personnel or other Participants.

  • Repeatedly disruptive, hostile, or disrespectful behavior that interferes with the delivery of program services or other Participants' experiences.

  • Excessive or inappropriate demands on Company personnel that fall outside the program's stated scope, particularly after reasonable boundaries have been communicated.

  • Repeated disregard for established program guidelines, communication policies, or professional boundaries.

  • Unauthorized solicitation, spam, or misuse of the private community.

  • Sharing another Participant's confidential information without permission.

The Company reserves the right to issue warnings, restrict participation, suspend access, or permanently remove a Participant from Pitch, Please for material violations of these standards.

For conduct that is not severe or threatening, the Company will generally provide written notice of the concern and a reasonable opportunity to correct the behavior before permanent removal.

However, the Company may immediately suspend or terminate access in cases involving serious harassment, threats, abuse, or conduct that presents a significant risk to other Participants or Company personnel.

Participants removed from the program due to a material violation of these conduct standards are not entitled to a refund for services already delivered or unused program benefits, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any outstanding installment obligations remain payable according to the original payment agreement, subject to applicable law.

The Company will exercise these rights reasonably and in good faith. Nothing in this section prohibits Participants from providing constructive feedback, raising legitimate concerns, reporting misconduct, or exercising their legal rights.

14. Participant Materials and Confidentiality

Participants retain ownership of their preexisting business materials, including original bios, brand messaging, proprietary business information, and other materials submitted for review.

Participants grant the Company a limited license to access, review, process, and use submitted materials as reasonably necessary to provide program services.

The Company will not publicly disclose a Participant's confidential business information or use identifiable client materials in promotional case studies without appropriate authorization, except where disclosure is required by law.

Participants should not submit confidential third-party information, sensitive personal information, or regulated data unless specifically authorized and appropriate safeguards have been established.

15. Program Access and Completion

Program access is provided for the designated 12-month term.

At the conclusion of that term, access to live sessions, private communities, curated monthly opportunities, and other ongoing services may end.

Continued access to particular downloadable materials or recordings will depend on the access rights communicated for those resources.

Enrollment does not automatically renew for an additional paid term unless a separate renewal arrangement is expressly disclosed and agreed to.

16. Relationship to General Terms

These Program Terms supplement the Company's general website Terms & Conditions and applicable Privacy Policy.

In the event of a conflict concerning Pitch, Please enrollment, payment obligations, program duration, or refunds, these Program Terms control to the extent permitted by law.

Other applicable provisions of the Company's general Terms & Conditions, including governing law, dispute resolution, intellectual property protections, and limitations of liability, remain in effect.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or other applicable laws.

Disputes shall be addressed according to the applicable dispute resolution provisions in the Company's general Terms & Conditions, to the extent enforceable.
